I’ve lived this transformation myself: from a successful corporate life to losing a parent, navigating years of infertility and grief, becoming pregnant on the road, and rebuilding my life in a camper from the inside out.

My coaching is direct, playful, and spiritually practical, with intuitive depth when you need it. We always begin with a free connection call to feel into our fit and explore what you truly need — whether that’s one session or a series.
We work with what’s present: your story, your questions, your season of life. You bring what’s true. I bring clarity, perspective, and the ability to translate your energy into something usable and grounded.
Every session is different because you are different each time. Sessions can be both in English or Dutch. Most sessions are online — spacious, warm, and responsive to your needs. I blend my tools intuitively: transformational coaching, Human Design, hormone and cycle wisdom, fertility or pregnancy guidance — whatever supports you in that moment.
The result? More flow. More joy. More you — with clarity that you can actually use.

Through Sam, I was introduced to Human Design — something I had never heard of before. My interest was immediately sparked, especially when I learned that I’m part of roughly 1%.
The conversation with Sam felt calm, grounding, and clear. I recognized things about myself that I had never been able to place before. That really touched me and brought a sense of relief, because suddenly it all made sense.
What stayed with me most is the realization that everyone has their own way of resting and processing things, depending on their type. I now understand better why I don’t feel comfortable in certain places or around certain people — and that awareness brings me more peace and less heaviness in those moments.
